Megan had slowly been dropping feeds till she was only down to 1 and over the last week she has not asked for any and even when she was woken in the night she has not wanted any just cuddles.

I am pleased we go to 19 months and that she decided she wanted to wean. I watched a youtube video of a mum trying to wean her daughter of a similar age and oh the tantrums I do believe self weaning (least with toddlers) is a less stressful for the child and for the mother.

of course it will be interesting to see if she takes an interest again once her sibling arrives.
