Default trying very hard to hang in there

okay..so 7.5 mos and he's getting worse! He woke up last night eery 1.5 hours and I finally had dh give a bottle of water/juice around 530 because I couldn't take it anymore....

So....I have a theory..is my supply dwindling around the time of my cycle...because I had my 1st ppaf and he seemed to do this around that time, too....just a guess..I'm sooooo worn out ( again!) and just need to know that it will get better ( once again!)....tia for any response

I have heard that it can dwindle a little around the time of AF but I dont know for a fact. It should bounce back though. Is he going through a growth spurt?

Wow - I never thought of it but that sounds like a really smart connection.....it's a fact that estrogen depresses milk supply: You're probably right about the fluctuating hormones around AF having alot to do with it. Mebbe that's why BF mom's don't usually get AF? ....designed that way so it doesn't interfere with supply.......

Something to wonder about. If you're right the problem should resolve itself fairly soon for you .....but mebbe come back again next mth

I'd be curious, let us know!

I know of several moms that have a decrease around the time of AF. They suggest the week before she is due to drink several glasses of water extra a day, eat oatmeal and take fenugreek/blessed thistle. Basically give your hormones a natural boost to help up your supply and you only need to do it for about a week. Hope things get back to normal for you soon.
