Default Traveling

this week we are going on a plane trip, we will be gone for 10 days. I think we will probably leave leif for a few hours with my sister, should i take the big ole pump OR a few bags of frozen milk in my little cooler, OR that little hand pump that came with my electric(PIS)?
I really dont want to lug that thing on a plane to louisiana...but have you ever NOT brought it and then REALLY needed it?
what are your opinions on the little manual pump?

Default Re: Traveling

Well, when I have travelled I haven't lugged any pump with me at all. I would nurse before I left and be back home within 3 hours.

If you take frozen milk, make sure that it stays frozen solid during the plane trip, if it begins to melt at all you have to use it within 24 hours. You can keep it frozen if you put it in a cooler with dry ice.
