Default Supply Problems (again!)

ok ladies...

I hate to whine or freak out but I *am* freaking out. My supply has taken a real bad dive and I don't know if I can recover this time. I have been fighting to keep my milk production going through every means (pumping, supplements and lots of motilium, etc.) Emily is nursing on and off with varying degrees of success. I want desperately to make it to at least the one year mark even if it means she only gets what little I have but I am afraid I'm fighting a losing battle here. If I go back to 6 or 8 times a day pumping then it means missing out on outings and such sometimes. For an extra 2oz or so?
Is it okay if she is only getting a little bit and we have to supplement more and more with the soy? I feel so guilty giving her formula. She is more interested in solids and finger foods so thankfully we have that but because of my chronic low supply she does not have a huge appetite. I am so frustrated I don't know what to do. I just wish I was one of those moms with enough milk for a small army.

*sigh* sorry to whine on... thanks for any help you can offer!

- Amy
