So DF and I were at his mom's house today and his sister looks at me as I'm nursing Hayden and says "So when are you going to start her on a bottle and formula"

....


Now I can see that from an 8yo... heck even just a sheltered teenager... but his sister is 24 and pregnant with her 3rd child!!

I told her that I wasn't going to, that I planned on nursing exclusively and she just couldn't wrap her head around the fact that Hayden will never have formula and why would I want to nurse THAT long.... and we were only talking about a year which I don't see as THAT long anyway!

Not many people around where I live seem to breastfeed (especially people my age) so I kinda feel like an outcast, but at the same time I'm proud of myself and soooo happy that I decided to try it, I can't imagine anyone NOT wanting to breastfeed!
