I don't, but I'm wondering how much of a difference does it make? Is it a sudden, big difference?

I used to eat oatmeal every morning after Vivian was born, and I noticed it definitely made a difference. I used the the cooked kind and not the instant kind.

I eat it almost every day but don't see much effect. I see bigger results from barley, particularly beef & barley soup and dark beer.

Well, I made some of my oatmeal choco chip cookies last week (with the traditional oatmeal) and I leaked for the first time since Rachael was born....... so, yes! I would say it works! Of course, I had my fair share of the cookies too!

lol, i ate it in cookes all the time. my faves are oatmeal raisin with dark chocolate chunks.

chocolate also contains a substance called theobromine that has been shown to help with supply in moms. youi just have to be cautious if your baby is sensitive to dairy.
