I have a three week old who won't latch. I have been pumping exclusively, taking fenugreek at milk plus tablets, eating oatmeal, drinking lots of water, compressing while pumping, etc. I pump 7-8 times a day. I have worked with five different lactation consultants. My milk supply was never really high but I was able to get about 3-4 oz with my morning pumps. My supply has dropped down to less then 1 oz. each time I pump. My left breast produces only about an 8th of an ounce. I ordered domperidone if was sent back . My sister-in-law is bringing me some from India but it won't be here until the 3rd or 4th of April. I am afraid my milk supply will not make it that long. And I am very upset that I have been having to supplement with formula. And am more upset by the idea of not being able to breastfeed my son or even provide him breastmilk by pumping. If anyone can help or has any advice please share. I am about to fly down to San Diego and walk over the border to get some Domperidone lol. My luck it will get confiscated at the border when I try to walk back to the US.
