What meds can be taken for nausea/ vomiting while breastfeeding? I have cut back on nursing some, but am not ready to stop. My Dr gave me a Rx for Zofran, but I dont find much info related to breastfeeding. I took it for my other pregnancies but wasnt nursing while pregnant. He gave me a Rx for Reglan if I would rather try that. I know they give that to nursing mothers to increase their supply, but it is making me soooo tired, I can hardly function. Any ideas out there? With my past 2 pregnancies, the nausea/ vomiting has been pretty bad, lasting until around 17 weeks. Thanks for your help.

Congrats on your ! Phenergan can be taken while breastfeeding, but it also has the unfortunate side-effect of making you tired along with a possibility of affecting your supply. Of course, you're probably just going to be tired for the next few weeks Somebody else might know a bit more about this than me. Good luck!

phenergan zofraqn and reglan can all be taken while bf. phenergan knocked me out. i lived on preggie pops to help with my hyperemesis.

sea-bands have also helped many.
