Default Funniest moment?

Since we have a ton of new ladies checking in here, I thought I'd start this thread. What is the funniest thing that has happened to you while nursing?

When I took Vivian in for her 2wk checkup at her pediatrician, we got there a little early so we parked in an empty part of the parking lot so I could nurse her with some privacy. Then some car comes and parks right next to us - in an almost empty parking lot as far from the door as you could get. Strange. Then, this little old man who looks sorta like Colombo gets out of his car, stogie hanging out of the corner of his mouth and a cap on his head, and starts by telling me "there oughta be a law". Huh??? He said is wife nursed all 8 of his children, and there ought to be a law that everyone should nurse their children. He was so funny! His daughter had to drag him away from congratulating me so they could make their appointment. It was so cute!

That sorta happened to me too. I was in the elevator on the way home from Miras 5 day checkup and an older (like in her 70's or 80's) gets in and askes how old she was and i go on and tell her. She was criticizing the fact that I was trekking her all over town at such a young age. Then she asked me if i was breastfeeding her and I say 'of course' and then she went on to tell me how if I wasnt then she would have to beat me with her cane because everyone should do it and thats what god gave it to us to feed our children. She had more to say but that was the jist of it.

My poor dd has been squirt soo many times in the ye, and all over haer face... poor thing.

Can't say that I've ever had anything as funny as either of thse stories happen to me before. I was a store one day sitting on a bench nursing Camille and one of the meplyees was walking by. She made a comment about there being a bench in the restroom if I wanted some privacy. I told her that I was more comfortable where I was, as I felt the restroom wasn't a sanitary place to feed a baby. She said that she'd never thought of it that way and that as long as I was comfortable to sit right where I was. She then looked at Camille for a second and said that she was growing well and good for me.
