I don't have any personal experience with it, but I hear that Weight Watchers has a pretty good thing going with their points system. I think that if you just eat healthy foods and healthy amounts and exercise you'll be fine. Exercise is the most important element in any diet, and no weight loss is going to be permanent without it.
