Josiah is 12 mo as of today. Yes, we're still bf with no plans to stop any time soon.

Yikes, my baby is a year old! But you know what? He doens't look any older today than he did yesterday.

Congrats to you and happy birthday to your little guy!

Enjoy this second year of nursing--it's a lot of fun and does a great job of curing the terrible twos. Not only that, you get to skip caring about toddler food pickiness, too! I get the feeling that the pickiness isn't really pickiness. It's a little body who still doesn't know what's good for him and what's not and is biologically expecting mom's milk to still be there for nutritional safety net purposes. And y'know what? It's true. If your little tyke just wants strawberries for four days in a row, who cares?

Yay for toddler nursing.

Great job, I am getting close to being there as well. I thought I would stop soon, but I do not think so since he still eats 8 times a day.
