Hello all. This is my first post to this board. I am once again a newbie on another board

I have joined several, several boards in the past 4 years. But i seem to get lost and stop chatting when my husband leaves on deployment. So here goes...our info..

I am Christy, 22yrs old and my husband John is 26. We have been married since 10/06/2000 and have been actively TTC since 12/01/2000. NO LUCK, as i guess you can pretty much tell. We have had all the test, and nothing has shown to be abnormal for either of us. I was on clomid for close to 8 months and decided to get off of it. The doctor didn't think i should be on it for that long with no results. Right after I got off clomid, John went to Iraq and now he is in Korea. He left in July 04 and will be gone til July 05. He came home on the 20th of Dec for holiday leave. He goes back to Korea this friday the 14th. We have our fingers crossed hat just MAYBE it was our time the month he was home. I am in the 2WW!!! how fun that is.

Anyway. I have a fertility monitor that i normally use, i have temp'd, taken all the meds and vitamins. I have all the books. But right now we are kind of on hold if this month wasn't the month until he gets back from Korea.

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi! And to also send my wishes to the ladies wanting those BFPs so bad. Best wishes.

Hi Christy!!

I'm sorry that you have been going through this for so long. I too have been trying for a while and haven't been very successful. It's probably very difficult for you as well being your DH is away on active duty. I hope that the lord above keeps him safe and brings him home soon!

I am 33 and will be 34 in March. I have had 3 confirmed m/c's and possibly several unconfirmed. I have an autoimmune disorder which causes me to form bloodclots in the placenta when I get pregnant. I was on Clomid for 7 months with IUI and also did Injectables with IUI for 4 months with no luck. Our next step is IVF however, I am on break since October and will start trying next month naturally. In June or July I hope to see where I'm at and decide what to do next. Hopefully, I'll get lucky before then.

In the meantime I wish you lots of luck in the 2WW may this be the one for you!!

Sorry for everything you've gone through. I'm not particularly motivational at the moment, thanks to problems with docs so I'll just say good luck, jump in and post whatever you fancy. I'm a poster from wayyyyyyyy back (there are only afew people still on here from when I first joined..most are onto their second/third pregnancies by now) and have just come back to the boards after a big break.
