Yes, it is a bittersweet time for me as my DD turns 9 on Saturday. I just can't believe she is that old! I looked at a scrapbook of her the other day that had her baby pictures and started to tear up.

I always pictured her growing up with siblings like I did, but I guess you never know how life will unfold. (She prays for a brother or sister)
Well, on a happier note- we are taking her to see Shrek the 3rd tonite with her best friend. I must admit- I'm looking forward to the movie more than she is i think!!! We will have her party Saturday with the fam.

So HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my baby!!
