Stef, A septate uterus is when there is a band of fibrous tissue that runs down the middle of the uterus sometimes all the way to the cervix. Women with a septate uterus if becoming pregnant have a m/c rate of 80%...that's because if the embryo implants on the septate it doesn't have enough blood supply to grow the baby. Also preterm labour usually happens as the baby runs out of room...so it's really scary.
Luckily I had the surgery before anything bad happened...I'm just still nervous about getting pregnant to see how my uterus responds.
I had an endo biopsy to determine the LPD because I was always spotting usually around 9-11dpo. The test was done 2 days before

arrived, however the test showed that I shouldn't have gotten

until 8 more days so something was wrong there!
Best of luck on the 14th with your IUI. If this month doesn't work for us then I'm on to IUI as well.
