Thank you for the warm welcome ladies
I just had my follow-up RE appointment today:
Well, the good news is that the Clomid worked!
The bad news is that my RE is pretty sure I have PCO, if not PCOS - which directly affects both fertility with a lack of regular ovulation and of an increased miscarriage risk and I've had 3 in a row (which is suspected to be due to the high levels of circulating LH which may interfere with egg development and/or disrupt embryo implantation within the uterus). All of my other testing doesn't indicate anything out of the ordinary, except for the pelvic u/s - with very "busy ovaries". I have a blood test next cycle on cd3 (for glucose, insulin, FH LH and estradiol) to determine if I really truly do have PCOS or just PCO tendencies (i.e. "busy" ovaries).
In a nutshell:
1. Mandatory 2 cycle break

Which means no TTC until September (definately over the 2+ mark)!
2. Clomid again from cd2-6 or 3-7 (the earlier the better) for another up to 4 cycles.
We have to just keep trying and trying and trying...because according to our RE, the Clomid will work and we are due (probability-wise) to have a good outcome!
