Icon10 At Alynn's Request

I'm sorry I have not been posting much. I've been around, just a bit quieter.

This cycle was a doozy for us - started at 150 iu's of Gonal, and had 3 nice size follies, then the next day there was only 1. Two days later there were 3-4, then 2 the next day. I guess they were hiding behind each other, because the day before trigger my e2 was 555, and I ended up with 3 follies for the IUI. Then DH had his lowest ever count - 2 mil post wash for IUI #1. IUI #2 he had the highest count at 27 mil post wash! Its just been 1 crazy rollercoaster and my emptions have been all over the place! My beta is scheduled for 11/15, and I am vowing not to take an HPT!

How is everyone else doing around here?

Meghan

you certainly HAVE had a rollercoaster cycle , but sometimes I wonder if it's the quirky cycles that have the best outcomes. I am going to follow your postings and send baby dust for the beta.

Meghan,
Good to hear from you. What a crazy, crazy cycle. As Kerri said, the crazy cycles are the ones that seem to surprise us....look at what it did for Keri! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. This will be a rough 2ww.

I'm on cd7 and I'm 4 days into my Follistim. I went today for an u/s and b/w. I have 4 follies on the right, all between 12-14. The left side has 2-3 smaller ones. My E2 was 440. I will go again on Tuesday for another u/s and b/w. My IUI will probably be at the end of the week. I'm stimmin good this cycle. I hope the bcp's that I was on for the last 4 months does something different for me this cycle. I'll keep you posted.

How is everything else going?

Good morning Ladies!

Kerri, Jilda - Yeah, crazy cycles often yield good results... but I just don't want to get my hopes up. I already know that I can't take much more of this. I think after the 1st of the year we will be looking for adoption agencies, even if we are doing IVF. I gotta have the back up plan ready if it doesn't work out. So Girls... How are my PG friends doing these days?

Andrea - I am so glad to hear you are back in the game, and it sounds like its really going well! Oh, I am wishing and hoping for you guys! As for us, there isn't much going on. I got a promotion at work in August but have not really been able to transition out of my old job, so I've had to do both. The pace has finally let up in the last week, so that is good. I spending 1 day a week helping my Mom - she broke her hip in August and 1 day a week helping my cousin, who has a severely disabled infant. Its been a pretty busy Fall. How are you guys doing? How is DH coming along? That was such a horrible fall - He's so lucky you were there!

Looking forward to hearing back from all of you!
