Sorry I've been MIA but I haven't had much time or anything to say. Our first cycle back to TTC after the Lupron for 6 months and I'm about 99% sure we totally missed O! I NEVER O'd before CD18ish before so I didn't even start using the OPK's until around CD14. I got a faint line CD14 and thought it would keep getting darker but CD15 I had an even fainter line and then it went away completely CD16!! We hadn't BD'd for a couple days before or after that so it's looking pretty hopeless. Oh well, I'm just gonna look at this cycle as re-aquainting myself with my body and my cycles! Is it possible that suddenly I'll be a 28 day cycler now that all that nasty endo is cleaned up? Who knew!

Anyway, I hope you all have a great Labor Day weekend! One more week and DH and I are on vacation! I can hardly wait, even if it is only a trip out to Grandma's house in Nebraska, it's time off work and that's what I need! Oh yeah, AND I'm turning 30 that week, YIKES! I always thought we'd be trying for #2 around my 30th b-day though. How sad...

I’m so sorry! Since the miscarriage in 2001 my cycles seem to change every few months and after all the laps it even got more messed up. IVF #1 just made it even better. I o’d day 18 and started a cycle day 20 – you sure can’t get pg that way. J Also, I know what you mean about thinking you were going to be trying for your 2nd now. I’m turning 35 in a couple of weeks and we started this whole TTC process when I was 30. I sure didn’t expect to be still trying for #1.

I hope your body gets back on track and you get a surprise pregnancy before you get totally back onto this TTC rollercoaster.

Hey Kristin,

I was wondering what was going on with you. So it's looking like you probably got the LH surge around cd13. Hopefully removing all that endo has put you back on a nice 28 day cycle. Since my cycles are short (sometimes too short with a LPD) I start with the OPK's on cd9. That was yesterday so I'm just waiting to get my dark line!!

I also turn 30 soon, Oct 3rd...OK both turning 30, both been on a long TTC break and both with the name Kristin. That can only mean one other thing...being preggo buddies!! I know it's going to happen.

ERIC WILLIAM arrived July 19th weighing 6lbs 2oz.

Just wanted to pop in for the few hours I have of power, before hurrican Frances hits. It certainly isn't going to be as bad as originally predicted, but we lose power in this house when someone sneezes it seems like!!

although I know it stinks that you think you missed o, it is terrific that it sounds like your body is doing great with O'ing on time, etc. I was always a late o'er too, and it was so nice when , with the use of meds, that I o'd on days #13/14, etc.

Vacation just around the bend for you, how terrific. I didn't realize the big 3-0 was approcahing, but it's not so bad....my 3-6 is approaching, now THAT is bad.

I'm sorry Kristin that you may have missed this cycle....I understand totally about unpredictable Oing!!!!!!!! I really hope the lap has changed your cycles to 28 dayers....and that if this cycle really is a bust, then that the next one is a winner.

Enjoy your trip and your birthday. I remember how I felt at 30 and 35 when I still didn't have my longed for baby.....I'm just so greatful that he arrived before my 40th (even if only by a few weeks!)

I think of you often my friend....and promise an email very soon.

Thanks for your thoughts ladies! I have no idea what's happening with this cycle but since I'm figuring it's a bust I'm not obsessing at all which is a good thing! I almost thought I should start using the OPK's again closer to my "normal" O time in case those lines were a fluke or something but then I just thought I'm not even going to worry about it! I'm concentrating on vacation (which I'm totally not prepared for!) and trying not to dwell on the 30 thing. I just keep saying this is the 1st anniversary of my 29th birthday! The first of many! Ha!
