Icon9 Juice?

How much juice are you giving your toddler a day? I know that Gabbi just turned 6 mths and they say 4 oz a day, diluted. BUT... they never say how much to give once they get older. Carter continuously wants something to drink, all day. I give him water and he will keep putting the cup back in my hand until it has some juice in it! Even if it is just a little bit of juice but geez... i dont want to rot his teeth out! What should I do?

I am lucky Sophia loves water and her milk, but I like to give her a variety too. I buy the fruit splashers (in the baby isle) and I give that to her, it is purified water mixed with fruit juice, I usually dilute it too and she loves it. She drinks maybe 6 oz a day of that mixture. Caprison also has out those roarin waters sippy drinks, they are mainly water with a touch of fruit juice. I buy those mainly for travel, they are so easy to just drop in your purse. For another drink idea, I also buy those yogurt drinks, Sophia loves those too, I give her one of those maybe every other day, that are high in calcium too.
