Re: To Share or not to Share (a bedroom that is)?
My girls just started sharing a room, I have been dying to get them to sleep in the same room for about 2 years now. The girls sleep differently, Landyn will fall asleep instantly and then Korbyn will talk and play for an hour in her room. Landyn gets up really early and Korbyn sleeps in. Can you see the issue? They are disturbing one another and it has had its challenges. It is all working out and the girls seem to love it. We have our extra bedroom back for guests and then Nolan has his room.
My kids wake up with noise, would a baby disturb Samantha in the middle of the night crying or visa versa? What about getting a hutch to put the computer in? Would that maybe work and then build something to keep the guns in at the top of a closet? A baby doesn't really need much closet space so maybe you keep the guns locked up in there or even lock the closet shut at the top? To me 5 years is a big age difference so for me that pose a question of being into different things and different phases of their lives would little things be difficult like changing a diaper in the middle of the night or CIO or whatever? Not sure if I really helped or not. I think you can computer hutfches pretty inexpensive at like Wal-mart and maybe you can put that in the corner of the living room or a game room if you have one? Best of Luck!
