Just 18 more work days for me until the school year is over

I start working with my Mom just 2 days after school ends so not much of a summer vacation but I'm glad to be working.


Lily needs to be potty trained by September, and now that DH will be the one to train her I don't think it's going to happen. I won't be home until 2pm every day so he needs to be on the ball all morning but he is always so tired from work. I may stop buying pullups all together and just keep changing her 100 pairs of undies I have bought and just shoved in a drawer.


Thursday everyone has appts. Lily has her 2.5 year appt at the ped's at 1, Jack sees the pediatric urologist at Children's Hospital at 2:30, Charlie poodle has his 2 year appt and rabies booster at the local pet clinic at 4pm and we have to pick Lola daschaund up from the animal hospital at 8pm because she's being spayed. LOTS of driving, and I took the whole day off at work. I plan to get takeout.


I figure if all the "kids" need shots and stuff, why not do it the same day so everyone can be crabby and then get over it by the weekend?
