what wont we do to concieve!

hi im michelle and dh is brad. we have been ttc for about 2 years now. i first started off posting on ttc 6 months + but i guess its time to move on...i also post on preparing ttc, 2ww and ttc baby #1. i lurk on the ttc herbal/natural board.

after going off thi pill our first 3 months of ttc we tried with out any aid. then the 3rd month my period never stopped so i decided i better go to the doc! i didnt like what she had to say, it was the typical " this is normal after going off the pill, your still young, dont stress out and come back in a year." so i asked for a re and told her that she lost herleft a client!

i just want to say i love my re!
i walked into his office told him my story and he said, " lets get this bleeding to stop so we can get you pg!" he said that there is no reason to wait a year. altho it is "normal" for it to take a year for some ppl, he dosnt feel docs should use it as a rule. so long story short:

i did clomid starting at 50mg and ending up at 150mg for 8 months days 3-9 (i think those where the days). along with the clomid i had u/s done to monitor my overies and had hcg injections to help the lil eggies release.

then when clomid wasnt doing the trick i had and hsg done, and my uterus and tubes where all clear! but then

showed back up and wouldnt go away. the doc had me try for one more month then put me back on bc.

and 7 months later after bc here i am!
i went off the pill on april 5, dh was out of town for last ovulation. so this month he are ttc. i am currently takeing epo from cd1 untill i ovulate then i will start flaxseed oil in the place of epo. i aslo take a prenatal and extra b6 everyday.

so much for making a long story short! lol!

oh and i almost forgot, if i dont get pg this cy then the doc wants me to have a lap done. also he wants us to try injectables with iui's.

Hi,
I have ovulation issues and we were lucky enough to conceive our daughter after one month of trying and 50 mg Clomid. Baby #1 was conceived while on birth control pills. Might I suggest purchasing the Clear Plan Easy Fertility monitor. I LOVE it and it takes the guesswork out of knowing when those fertile times are not to mention it's super easy to use. We will be trying for #3 later this year or early next year and plan to use Clomid and fertility monitor again. Feel free to email me if you have questions about the monitor. Good luck.

thanks kara! dh is to the point where he is "not preventing but not trying" so anything pass charting right now is "scheduling"

to him. hes so weird lol!

we go to the doc on the 21 and i will bring this up then, maybe if the dac likes it dh will too
