Having Some Complications With TTC

Im going to try to make it short. I have been TTC for 15 months. After 6 months I started taking Ovulation tests and always has sex on those days plus more. March 21 of this year I bled and cramped. Hd all the pregnancy Symptoms so I was kind of getting excited. Searched it up and it said Implantation bleeding... So I was hoping and praying. I went to do a Pelvic U/S.. And they said it was a small Fibroid in the back of my Uterus.. So no baby.. Will this make me not have a baby?.. Anyone know what I can do?. Anyone got pregnancy with a healthy baby who had a small Fibroid?.. I will be seeing an OB/GYN for the first time ever on the 18th. I am not sure what to do at this point. Help?
