Why dis you decide to wear baby?
I wear Reece around b/c I feel he needs it. He's really high needs and is a mess when he's not being held. So I hold him to keep him content/happy and my sling is a way to keep him close and still keep up w/ my other 3 children.

Re: Why dis you decide to wear baby?
My son has always loved to be held, so when I found out about wraps I knew they were for us! Everyone always comments on how content and quiet he is when he's in his wrap! Love it!

Re: Why dis you decide to wear baby?
I really have no idea... lol... isn't that aweful? I think it was sometime during our year ttc. I have always had an interest in natural childbirth, so during ttc that interest led to researching AP (and figuring out that I was raised AP, it just wasn't called that then) and that led to buying a hotsling at 8 weeks pregnant and becoming addicted from there! The FSOT boards at TBW are so dangerous!

Re: Why dis you decide to wear baby?
For one I need to have my hands as free as possible to chase around my three year old. Plus I think that a sling will be much more easy to grab the baby and go in, than trying to lug around that big old infant carrier everywhere.
But I'll be honest the main reason I want to use a sling for this baby is because they are supposed to cry less. Irrissa cried/fussed a ton as a baby and if wearing Baby 2 in a sling will keep the baby happier and content, then everyone will be happy.

Re: Why dis you decide to wear baby?
I started wearing my 2nd child when he was a few months old. (I had the sling when I was pregnant w/ him, but it took me a few months to figure it out. ) Now I couldn't imagine life with a baby and no carrier. When DS 3 was just a week old I was baking cupcakes for DS 1. I love how I have a free hand, and the baby isn't crying. Today I got most of my kitchen and dinning room clean thanks to my sling!

Re: Why dis you decide to wear baby?
It's so much easier than a stroller... and I couldn't for the life of me figure out a front-carrier!
