Peanut Shell Sizing Question

A friend is having a shower in a few weeks and I want to get her one of these shells. She is between 5'5 and 5'6 and normally around 130-135. She is a mediumish build. She wears a size 6/8. TIA.

I'm 5'4, around 145 lbs. and have a medium microfleece Peanut shell.

I'd guess a medium. I'm 5'7 and 160 and the large is perfect for me.

I'm 5'5, 130lbs and I wear a size 6/8 and I have a small peanut shell. I have very narrow shoulders though so the medium was huge on me.
