Default Reflexology for teething and sleep?

Hi everyone,

We are going through week 2 of bad sleeping again, due to our son cutting his first top tooth. I breastfeed my 11 month old to sleep and he will sleep well from 7:30 to about 10:30, but then wakes up for 2 + hours. He's not even fully awake! I will rock him to sleep and lay him in his crib, and he'll sleep for 1-4 minutes, and then begin adjusting positions and crying like he just can't get comfortable. It's been exhausting, and I find the only way that I can get any sleep is by taking him back into bed with us, which we haven't really done for several months now. The kicker is that my husband claims he doesn't sleep well with our son in the bed, so I feel guilty--but it's the only way for me to get some sleep. Last Saturday night I got 3.5 hours of sleep. I took him to the doctor to ensure it was not an ear infection, and she said his ears are fine.

Anyhow, I wanted to ask if anyone had any information on reflexology for babies and if it worked for teething or sleep or both (I'm hoping here!). I'd been poking around the 'net and also saw something about a drop of lavender essence on baby's nightwear can help for relaxation and sleep. Has anyone tried this and have stories to share?

Sorry for the wayward post, it feels good to complain about how little sleep we've been having.
