Our journey continues!
We have tried to have a bedtime routine when we are at home, but one main problem is that it's very hard to establish a routine when we spend 3 days in our house and 4 days at our cabin pretty much every week. That means that this is probably going to take a very long time! I think the ideal situation is to follow as many of her tips as possible, and really dedicate yourself to it which means that you may not be able to go out or go places for a month... or several months... plus it doesn't help that he is teething! However, it is summer and we are going to go to the lake a lot! Soooo... I hold no illusions in thinking that this should work immediately seeing as it is VERY difficult to create a habit forming sleep pattern when we are being so inconsistent with going back and forth to the cabin...
Anyway, we're still really tired over here, but we'll keep plugging away with a bedtime routine no matter where we are!
