Default "The No-Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers and Preschoolers"

EP now has a new book called "The No-Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers and Preschoolers". This has been something several people have asked about: if her plan works for older toddlers and children. This new book is about to be released. You can order it in advance at bookstores.

Hi, this is my first time on any forum....ever....quite exciting!! I have a 12 month old girl, named Khaya. She has been spoilt by me with co-sleeping for the past 8 months - we moved several times and as a result she ended up in our bed every night!! I have to undo the 'damage' done to get her to sleep by herself. I have read The No Cry Sleep Solution and am on day 2 of my first 10 day log. So far, so good....I do most of the stuff recommended, and I have a few questions - anyone out there willing to help me with a few issues??

hi peanutina,
just cruisin' around and noticed that no-one had replied to your letter.
i wonder if it 's because it wasn't specific?
for what it's worth, i'm all ears and happy for you bounce anything off me.
i'm probably better on the support front than anything because my beautiful ds & i are still waking almost every hour at night, so...
but having said that, i'm pretty good with 'getting' them to sleep, just not keeping them that way... obviously.
how did your first 10 days go?
where are you at now?
was co-sleeping/ cot transition your only issue?
is she falling asleep at the breast?
