Default length of awake time for 3month olds?

hello all,
quick question for a friend of mine with twin girls 15weeks, 12weeks adjusted (born at 37weeks).
she's trying to find the best nap times and would like to know how long is 'normal' between naps (there's that ridiculous word, but i'm just looking for a general guide)

i had a quick look in the ncss, but only found total length of sleep, number of naps etc.

at that age, i think (it's all a blur) my ds was doing about 1.5hrs. does that sound right?
