Default Hi! New Here!

Hello! I am new to this forum and wanted some advice.

My little girl is 9 weeks. In order for her to get used to her crib, my husband and I bought this First Years Secure Sleeper that you can put in your bed to keep the baby close to you (if you want to co-sleep). I have put it in her crib for a little over a month, and I just recently took it out so she could really get used to her crib. Well, for the first two days, she was moving around a lot and making these grunting noises (I still swaddle her). I thought she wanted to be out of her swaddle, so last night, I let her sleep in pajamas. Needless to say, she went from sleeping almost through the night, to waking up after 3 hours, and fussing herself back to sleep.

My question is, since I JUST took the sleeper out of the crib, should I continue swaddling for a week until she adjusts, or should I continue to let her sleep in her pajamas? I still swaddle her for naps, because she usually doesn't take a very good nap until the early evening, then she takes a 2 hour nap.

I want her to get used to sleeping in her pajamas, but I don't want to confuse her by bombarding her with so many new transitions at once. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi!
!
Check out the No Cry Sleep Solution book for tips on babies 0-4 months old! It's very helpful!

I think swaddling is just fine... I swaddled my first until he was 5 months old... otherwise he startled himself awake every time... I think it's okay... anyone else?
