Default Another question...

Hello, again! I remembered my other question...

I've been experimenting with bedtimes with my daughter (11 months) because Pantley suggests early bedtimes. But it seems that she sleeps best when she goes to bed at 10pm, and wakes at 7am. That just can't be enough sleep for her, can it? If I put her to bed at 8, she wakes constantly!

Hi! When is your baby's last nap? I found that if my DS woke up at 3pm or before he would go to bed earlier, but if he woke up from his nap any later than that, it was very difficult to get him to sleep on time. Also, because my DS went to bed later (such as 10pm) I had to slowly knock his bedtime back by 15 minutes every 3 or 4 days until he went to bed at a better time. On the other hand, some people find that it doesn't matter what they do, their baby goes to bed at 10pm and that's it
