Default Using prefolds at night?

Hello!

Who uses prefolds at night? What do you add for more absorbancy? I have lots of wool, but the boys, especially Elijah, are heavy wetters.

We're using sposies at night, but money is pretty tight most of the time. I seem to end up changing the boys at least once before they actually go to sleep.

I am using a premium bleached indian prefold, with a gerber walmart bought prefold in that and a walmart auto section microfiber towel. I have no wool, but have been using my BSWW over it. Wool is supposed to hold so much, so if you add the gerber and a micro towel or two, they should be good to go until morning. Oh, and I am new to CD, but this method rocks!

Hey Missy. We are still using nighttime fitteds. I tried a couple times to use two prefolds at night, but it's just not absorbant enough for my boys. I never used a micro towel as an insert though. That sounds pretty cool.

Thanks...I'll try to use the double prefold w/ a couple of inserts at his naptime today. W/ wool of course.

Elijah is just getting so big, he doesn't fit into any of the Lullaby Dreams that we have, and I have 1 Bedbug for him that I love. I'm pretty sure he's crossed the 40 lb. mark already. LOL. I have some toddler prefolds that I use for him. I just can't buy any more dipes, and I am tired of buying sposies.

Thanks again Ladies...I'll let you know how it goes.
