I'm a soggy babywearin Mama.

I've become kind of a BWing teacher... I just wish that I would have found it when my oldest was a baby!

How do you wear your baby? Do you use a RingSling, Wrap, MT or other ABC?

Ive gone from wrapping, to MT's and now i've settled into RS love.
I think for me it just all depends on what I'm doin, where I'm going and what mood Ru is in.
She's 18 months and sometimes I know she is just not going to tolerate being in the stroller all day, so I stick her on my back in the MT so she can look around, or on my hip in the RS and she cuddles up and goes to sleep.

I loved my ring slings with my older kids.

ds2 is snuggled in a homemade fleece pouch sling as I type this. He has plenty of them, since they were so much fun to make and we're ECing. Soon I'm going to see what he thinks of a wrap for walking to work. We also have an Ergo for when he's older, a Maya Wrap for when the weather warms up, and some nice, summery fabric and sling rings to make more ring slings with.

I love all of the options we have today and have thoroughly indulged myself and my latest little miracle!

Yep. I'm not sure what SK's policy on advertising is and money is tight at the moment, but I'd LOVE to custom make you the pouch, wrap, or ring sling of your dreams. I think it's okay if you're the one who PMs or emails me.

When Colleen was 1-4 months old I used a sling I had made. (padded and not comfortable for older baby). Then when she was 4-5 months old I bought a Kozy MT. I used that for a long time and bought a BabyHawk. I used mostly MTs for a time and then moved to wraps. Then figured out RS and used them and a pouch I made. Then I used each as the situation warranted. She started fighting being worn so we moved into mostly ring slings and now she won't tolerate being worn much at all. She will use a RS or MT if she can nurse at the same time. (she's 25 1/2 months BTW) I can NOT get her on my back. Wish I could. I really miss wearing her back there.

I wore mine until he was 16 months.. then the weight became awkward to carry around. My husband wore until 18 mos.

I have a variety of carriers...Mei Tai, ring slings, Beco Butterfly, but what I really love is wrapping. I've been using a Gypsy Mama Bali Baby Stretch with my newborn and it's by far the most comfortable.
