Ok actually never knew this board exisited. Glad I found it!
I am an almost 29yo mother to 4 going on 5 children aged 5, 4, 2, 9mo, and 21wks gestation (or see ticker below
)
I was an AP'er before I even knew there was such a thing. I met a friend who had asked me if I AP'd, and I kind of looked at her funny, so she went on to answer her own question by spouting off things that I do as a mother that go along with the AP style, LOL. That was when I learned I was an AP parent! ROFLOL
I am a proud mother who cloth diapers, wears my baby's in slings (
which I make myself), home schools, keeps my sons intact, co-sleeps, and when possible I breastfeed for as long as I can (
I have many many issues with this area which has been disheartening), we delay/split/or non vax depending on the child and situation per vax, we homebirth unassisted, aaaannnnddd I think that is about it. I know I always forget a few things here and there, but hey, I am a busy mom!
Dh is quite supportive but some extended family is starting to really question us now that the school age is here. I have been HS the oldest 2 as the mood fits mainly beacuse of their age and my list of other things to do per day. We manage to sneak in 1-2 days a week of pure one on one learning.
Anyways. I am expecting baby #5 in October sometime. I never had an LMP but guessed at a EDD of 10/28/04. after 4 months of self prenatal care we decided to go in for an U/S and turns out I was right on for "guessing" my own dates. However my childrenhave never listen to the dates so I am thinking this one will be early like the last 3 were at 37 weeks. It also turns out we are expecting our 3rd son.
So that is a little bit about me! Glad to have found the board and hope things pick up now!
