Where is your chart? I can't even look at your profile, it says I don't have privledges. I don't know what is going on. Maybe I should contact the admin of this site and see why I can't look at other people's profiles.

I got my bbt at Walmart. I have taken Provera many of times to bring on AF. The dr put me on Clomid and Metphormin (sp?) for a while to see if that would help me O. Unfortuney in my case it didn't and I had to do IUI's for both Pgs.

You may want to talk to your dr about that once af arrives since he has said that you have PCOS. I know a lot of girls on here have gotten pg on their first time using clomid.

Wishing you lots of luck.

Vicki

Well my doctor did say that he wasn't going to start me on any fertility drugs until we have been trying for a year with no success. I did get af with the provera. It lasted 7 days with spotting two more days after that. It was an awful week. The cramps were some of the worst I've ever felt. And it took alot of pain meds to relieve them. I hope they aren't all like that on provera. I've been using my regular thermometer to chart my temps. My only problem is that I keep forgeting to temp before I get out of bed. I need to get myself in the habit. I also wanted to ask my doc about metformin. I've read that it will help with ovulation and may also help lose my waist weight that is so hard to burn off for me.
Also I'm on cd 12 and my cm is very watery but my temp this morning dropped from what is usually is. Should I temp throughout the day to see if it goes up? And is it possible for me to O this early?

I'd go and jump on dh right now. You may have a few days of the watery cm, and a lot of times just before I O my temps are a bit lower then normal, and then go way up. So it may be possible that you are oing right now. Especially when you have unpredictable cycles you may never know when you are going to O.
Just keep at it with the temping. It may be a few more days yet, but you may see your thermal shift happening any day.
Good Luck catching th eggie!

Well dh and I didn't get to bd on saturday or sunday but did today. And we also did two days before the weekend. I checked my temp in the afternoon at work (on saturday)and it was 99.1 but that might have been because I was moving around ( I work in a ER) and it was kinda warm. I didn't take my temp on sunday morning because we spent the night out of town and I'm an idiot and I forgot my thermometer. When I checked it this morning is was 99.2 so it's still up. So right when I saw that temp we bd'd. I'm going to hope I keep getting high temps. I have read that sperm can live up to 7 days so if I did O before today then I didn't completly miss it. But may I haven't O'd yet who knows! I'm so new at all of this.

I wanted to chime in here. I am an oldie who checks in sometimes. I am no longer TTC but still have words of wisdom to share. I have PCOS and have been diagnosed since 2001. I tried Clomid for a long while and would O but not strong. I went to Injectibles and had weak O's there as well. I stopped all drugs and Dr placed me on Metformin. I take 1500 mg and will for the rest of my life because of the PCOS. I now have regular AF and it is easier to loose some weight.
If I were you I would have your DR run tests to see what your insaline levels are. If they are high then I would ask about Metformin. But let me tell you, when you first start taking them your stomach will be messed up for about 3 weeks. I took the reg. met for anout 6 months and then I asked my Dr to place me on the Extended Release. That one is much better. PCOS is known for many aches and pains in the abdamen area, as well as making you think and feel PG.
With that being said until they get the PCOS under control you may be fulled a lot. Just keep testing and see what happens. I wish you the best of luck ttc.
