Heart TTC- 7 months

New to this site! I am not to good with all these abbreviations so forgive me! I am 29 and boyfriend is gonna be 30. We have been TTC for 7 months with no luck. My clock started violently 7 months ago after my Gradmother passes away and it is all I can think about. I have never felt this way before and it is so scary! My boyfriend and I are going to be getting engaged very soon (or else and we are both more than ready! To me, it could not happen faster; to him, it is all in God's timing (which I believe is now!) My man has only one testicle since birth. After about 5 months of trying we went to a fertility clinic to get a semen analysis-cheaper than anywhere else due to him not having good insurance--we did the collection at home; lost a good portion inside me and on the bed (sorry--tmi...ha ha ha I know that one!) Sperm count only 5; motility 60%; morpohology 3%. We had done a couple home sperm count tests which one came back positive (higher than 20 million). I had an HSG last month due to suspected endo...which I do not have;no blcokages...all good. My periods have never been so regular in my life. I got off of birth control in July. I know when I am ovulating (day 14 or 15) because I have extreme mittzlesmirtz (sp.?) and egg whites are right before/during that time. We have not re-done s/a since it was disheartening to hear this news (to him especially) about the low sperm count and morphology. Since then, we have been BD every day from day 10-16. I was tld I have a tilted uterus so we BD "doggy-style" and afterwards I place a pilow under my tummy and do not move for 30 minutes. My man has started wearing boxers, no more hot tubs/saunas/hot showers; no drinking; no smoking; eats lots of fruit, veggies, whole grains, etc.; started taking zinc (in January); also takes multi-vitamin with lots of B-vitamins. I began to take Clomid also last month (my decision) because I heard that if you can up your fertility it may help supplement for his. I totally thought I was PG last month--cramping days after Ovulation, very sore and engorged nipples, blue veins in breasts more prominent...but BFN like usual. I want nothing more than to have a baby and will do anything and everything to do so. We will be the best parents! Just wanted to tell my story and see if anyone has any recommendations for me/us in achieving our dream! I am looking to join any groups/boards to share this journey with and welcome any comments/help/advice. Any suggestions for males with low sperm count and morphology as far as supplements? I am so blessed to have found you guys! xoxoxo
