Hey girls I just have a question here about thermal shift patterns in our charts.
I am on cd11 today, and my temp went way up. Now being so early yet i am thinking it is probably just an odd temp and my temp should go down again tomarrow. But I normally never have a temp this high unless I O. I am uncertain that I could even of o'd yet as well because I have had no cm that could even be close to what it should be around O time.
So I have just been thinking. IF my temps stay up, and it looks like I O'd. Is it possible to have a thermal shift without actually Oing? My last cycle my cm was not that good as well, but it looked like I o'd, and af came around the time it should have.
I have had MANY inovertory cycles without a thermal shift. I can go months without seeing one. and I do not get af untill I see one. But can I be inovertory as well with a thermal shift?
