Default Question for Hollly-Berry

Holly, I seen that you have had a lot of miscarriages (sorry for that) I was wondering if you knew what the cause of this. I was just wondering cause my little sister is having the same problem. She just lost her second baby. She doesn't seem to have a problem getting pg, however she does have a problem carrying the baby past a few weeks.

I was just wondering if you had any info that could help her.

Again I am sorry for your losses.

Vicki

Default Re: Question for Hollly-Berry

Sorry Vicki.........I don't know why I keep losing them. At my first apppointment my RE said she suspected an ovulation problem. She said she thought the egg was no good by the time it was released. But that was just a guess after only talking to me once.

I never did get an answer. My RE didn't seem really interested in helping me get pg I had to ask for clomid and she never offered any further steps. I would have liked to have seen an u/s of my uterus to rule out problematic fibroids since keeping the baby was the problem.

I never did get any answers and I haven't been back to her because we've decided to quit TTC.

Sorry that your sister is going through it too..........it can really mess with you when you get that BFP and then BANG! it's over

Thanks for the info. What was going on with my sister is that she started spotting about two weeks after getting a BFP her first U/S was good, but they said that she was developing clots and now her whole uterus is filled with blood clots. They are going to do a D&C tomorrow. She is taking it all extremely well (at least a lot better than I would). I just feel bad for her, because she would make a great mom. It seems that the only one in the family that didn't have problems is the one that doesn't deserve to have kids. I was just hoping that I could give her some advice.

I know that you quit TTCing but I do hope you get a good pg soon.

Thanks again

Vicki
