Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
Oh my goodness Jenny he is so adorable!!! But i can not see the video. It can't find the page.
How many dogs do you have then? does this make 3 now? and at least 3 cats if I am not mistaken as well right? WOW jen you have a large family of babies on your hands! They may be of the animal kingdom, but they still need as much attention as a human baby needs at times.

Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
Nope, we have 2 dogs, including this one, and 3 cats. But we're trying to get rid of one of them mainly because she pees all over the place, but she's 11 years old, and the humane society would kill her because no one would ever adopt her. She's in perfect health and I love her so much, but she's ruining our house!
Here give this a try...

That worked! He is really cute. He is going to be trouble though and biting holes in everything.

Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
I like the pics of you............been a while since we've seen a recent photo of our girl Jenny
As for the cat that is peeing everywhere.........there must be a reason. Maybe diabetes? Senility? I don't know but 11 years is old for a cat isn't it?
Thanks for the photos!

Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
Holly, she's been doing it for over half her life, since way before she got old so it's not anything new. She likes to do it in messes or on clothes or something, and we've tried and stuff but she still finds places to do it. I don't know, I would sure miss her a lot, since I've had her from kittenhood. We'll see what happens.

Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
Yah since she has done it for so long it is not going to change any. Hard situation to be in because she will do it anyone else home as well. Most people when they reach the point they can not handle it anymore will put them down. Stange though because the majority of cats that do this are males and not females.

Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
Ok well last night I got into bed and within a few minutes, I realized my butt was all wet! I get up and see that I was lying in PEE! No it wasn't mine
I'm pretty sure it was our boy cat (JJ). I think he is jealous of our daughter since he peed right where she was sitting earlier that day. See, he loves my Dh so much and will stay on his side of the bed all day until he comes home from work.....then he'll come off the bed. So he thinks the bed is his maybe? Anyways......earlier in the day I had to put Kira on the bed while I was doing some stuff in there. He must have felt ousted from his throne!
He has only peed in one other place once before and that was in our other baby's car seat. This cat is jealous and it makes me a bit nervous. In all other ways he's great and we all love him so much. We'll have to work towards making him feel more loved.
Oh yeah Jenny I also forgot to tell you that I love your nails! white tips look so pretty.....

Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
Yeah sadly we're gonna have to get rid of her. It's too bad too. I will miss her so much. But not only is she peeing all over the house, but we have a litter box in an open closet, that Porthos and our roomate's dog likes to eat out of!!! Can you imagine? Gross huh? And it's so hard to get to, to clean it out all the time, but it's like she expects to be able to go there...that's where she poops usually, that I'm afraid that she will continue to go there if we get rid of it. We have a more enclosed litter box in another room that will suffice just fine. We just have to get rid of Rainbow. :cry
Oh and thanks for the comment about my nails, i'm getting used to typing with them, but it is difficult. It's only the 3rd time I've gotten acrillic nails ever! First was for prom, then my wedding, and now this. First french manicure though. I really like them, and Porthos and my kitties love it when I pet them with my nails!

Re: O/T Wanna see my new puppy?
Jenny, I heard that dogs will eat kitty poops because cat food is way higher in protein than dog food is so cat poop also has a lot of protein.....thats why they eat it.....ICK!
It's so sad when it's time to say goodbye to a pet. Once ours have lived out their lives we won't get anymore. We have lived around pets too long now. They've wrecked our furniture from scratching (yes they have scratching posts) but other things are so much more tempting! We love them and the kids will be so sad when they're gon but I won't be getting more pets.
