So I met with my new RE today and I love him!! He is so nice and explains things very thoroughly. I was given a 'script for Prometrium to bring on and then I am to call to schedule a CD 3 baseline ultrasound. He has given me the option of either starting Clomid again or switching to Femara. I have used a lot of Clomid but never Femara.... anyone here taken it? Or both? Any insights on which would be better? So that is where we are. I must admit, I am a bit overwhelmed at the thought of having another baby!!! I SO want it to happen, but 2 kids, wow.

I am so glad your appointment went so well. I had only have taken clomid myself, but I think some have said that if they had not had good results with clomid that femara sometimes did better for them.
But for you you know clomid does work for you because didn't you get pg with your son on it? I'd keep trying clomid, and if you don't get results then switch maybe?

Leilani, I've heard people say that Femera is better. I've also heard them say that they had few or no side effects while on it.

I'm sure you'll be just fine with two kids......the next one will start out really small and sleep a lot, so you'll have time to adjust to having two. No probs!
