hiya all im currently on clomid and just had my one of many 21 day progesterone tests done every test i had before my level was between 4 and 6 until now its 50 is that good ?
my doc wants me to go on to 100mg of clomid next period when ever it arrives so my dose will be doubled

ive neen trying for a baby now for 16 months i used clomid 5 yrs ago and had twins but had diff tests where i lived since moving i only have 21 day blood tests so all diff i have been on clomid now for 4 months its the most terrible drug for side effects i had em all lol

I am so sorry for the side effects. I went on clomid for 4 months, and was as far as 150mg, and I too remember the side effects were not good for me at all.
I just want to tell you though not to give up hope. I personally was told that I only had a 12% chance when I was TTC for my daughter. It took 3 years, but it did happen for me. I hope the same will happen for you very soon!

i know its all worth it all i have to do is look at my twins even tho they drive me bonkers some times there good for forgetting ur clomid side effects lol

I am not totally sure about Prog levels but I believe a level at 50 is VERY good. Pretty sure the higher the better, could be wrong though. My son was conceived on Clomid after many many cycles on it. He was conceived on 200 mg. I will start taking Clomid again soon and I hope it won't take me the 3 years it took last time! GOOD LUCK to you! I hope this is your cycle and you won't need the 100mg!

i did about 8 months of clomid. didnt get my bfp with it...after 7 months of bcp's my 2nd month of i got pg....my p4 was only 6.

50 is really high! the highest i got was 20. did they do a u/s to check for follies? with a lvl that high i think you are golden.
