Icon7 Finding the Silver Lining

Well, as my temps plumits slowly but surely, it gives me a STRONG feeling that Aunt Flo is on her way for a visit.. But in order to move on and prepare for another month of TTC I've had to find the silver lining in this, its taken a bit but I finally found it!! This has been the first normal cycle I've had in a year, prior to this one it was a year before I seen Aunt Flo. It is kind of a relife that a year and some being off the birth control pill my body is finally getting back to normal and that does provide a certain amount of comfort for me. I guess the other positive is that I seen what a normal cycle for me would be like charting, though I've charted before it was onovulatory (sp) and this cycle had no resemblence to the last one. I know what I'm looking for this time, and will be prepared to try again. So here is to another month in hopes it will be positive .

Taryn

Taryn -

I am sorry that your temps keep plummeting, but at least you have a great outlook. I hope your next cycle is just like this one, only ends in a !!

to you!!

Taryn,
You have a great attitude

I'm still hoping this is it for you. I rarely see someone go 16 dpo and still be above coverline!

Thanks you guys!!!

Your probably right Erin shouldnt count myself out of the game quite yet, not until AF comes! I guess in someways I was soooo excited for this cycle and the possibilities it had I'm just preparing myself! It is what it is right?

Tiff, how you feeling today??? Still feeling "good". I hope the BFP fairy visits me as well, I wish as wemon we had more control over this whole concieving thing, like a flick of a switch, wouldnt that be great??? "I think I want to get pregnant this month" *flicks the switch on* BOOM!!! Pregnant LMAO. If only it were that simple.

My sister said to be not so long ago, those that have to wait to be a parent get the pick of the litter. They get the brightest, most beauitful, most perfectest baby. She says that with all the other babies coming into ones life is our opportunity to learn to love, be patient ect.. so that when its our turn we can be the very best mom/dad we possibly can be. I guess we are all waiting for the greatest, most brightest, most beautiful baby. This is our chance to learn the things we need to learn so we can be there so completely for our little bundle when they arrive.

Best of luck to all of you still in the game this cycle!

Taryn - totally didn't even think to look at your chart. You are in no way out of the running yet, just like Erin said!! !!

As for me, I'm nauseaus (sp?) today, my bbs still swollen but not AS sore, can't concentrate, and cranky. Either it's or . Will be glad to know either way. My sis is trying to get my to test but I'm going to hold out - it's a little early i think. Oh - and the smell of a blueberry bagel made me queasy this morning but a McDonalds sandwich made me feel better

This TTC is enough to drive me crazy!! I'm think I'm going with is on her way...

I am hoping that your temps stay up hmm being that you are 16dpo right now, have you even tested yet? I you haven't I WOULD!! You never know. I think your temps look fine and are not even near af yet.
I totally can relate to the silver lining. Sure I did not get pg last cycle, but hey it was a 40 day ccyle instead of a 70 day cycle. definetly something to celabrate.

Thanks Jodi!

Yes, I think sometimes its difficult to find the silver lining!! I'm glad you were able to find the silver in your lining. I'm glad your cycle was shorter then it normally is, and I have many hopes that this one will be even better for you!

Test day is on the 25, so I will try to hold off until then.

Ciao for now
