Party goodies

Does anyone have ideas for INEXPENSIVE goody bags for birthday parties? Riley wanted a Pump-it-up party with his whole preschool class (plus a few family friends). In addition to the facility rental, I'll have up to 20 goody bags, so I don't want to spend more than a couple bucks per bag! Eek. This is hard. I'd love creative ideas, otherwise I'll just order some junk from Oriental Trading - but that's not my first choice.

We don't plan to have another large party until he's a big kid.
