for her fabulous and easy recipe...
Beef & Cabbage Dinner
Boil the water and add.....
1/2 of head of cabbage cut up (like for cole slaw)
let it boil for like 15 mins and drain
in a frying pan.......
1 pound ground beef
1 garlic clove
2 stalks of green onion
2 dashes of MS DASH table blend
1/2c of diced sweet onion or vidlla ones
pinch of pepper
cook all that together and meat is done drain it!
Then add some Italian seasoning
No salt added tomato sauce small can
No salt added tomatoes diced can regular size can
Blend all together and put a cup of water in and cook for 15 mins
Total time to have this all ready is 40 mins Preparing and cooking!
