It's November!! That means it's the month to forget about dieting and PIG OUT! I know we are really looking foward to the delicious meals that come with the holidays.

Autumn Spice Ham Steak
A ham steak smothered in maple flavored apples and spices. Pumpkin pie
spice can be used in place of cinnamon. Prep Time: approx. 10 Minutes. Cook
Time: approx. 15 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 25 Minutes. Makes 4 servings.

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 (2 pound) ham steak
1 red apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 green apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup maple flavored pancake syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the ham on
both sides in the butter until browned. Lay the sliced apple over the ham.
Pour the syrup over the apples. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer,
stirring occasionally until the apples are cooked through.

2. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
