I found this online and it seems to be an awesome prayer for when you are worried......and I definately need it now.

Dear Lord, I’m worried and full of fear. Anxiety and apprehension fill my mind. I have tried to reassure myself that there is nothing to worry about. But such reassurances do not seem to help. I know that I should just rest myself confidently upon Your loving care and guidance. But I have been too nervous even to do that. Touch me, Dear Lord, with Your peace and help my unsettled mind to know that You are God and that I need fear no evil. In Christ’s name, I offer this prayer. Amen.

I need to tape that one to my computer screen! I am a bonified worry wart. I made my dr. do an u/s today (I just had one last week), because I was so sure that something was wrong.

It is hard to let go of that worry and just trust that the Lord knows what he is doing, but I am going to try. Thank you for sharing.
