Hi my name is bec.. well i know this doesnt fit into the topic, but i'm 16 and never had a boyfriend sometimes i feel so lonely, and i want god to bring someone into my life, right now i'm pretty much a loner and depressed, i go to a christian school but 2 of my best friends moved and im been really depressed from it and i have an other best friend that goes to the school but she has been ditching me lately , and now i have been prayin to god that he will bring someone to me , i really want a boyfriend, i want to be loved, i always feel left out now. if i have a boyfriend i will be more happier and stop being angrier at GOd, please pray for me. IHAte being depressed!

I am sorry that you feel this way, it is just horrible!!!! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Just remember one thing, don't sacrifice your morals or beliefs just b/c your future boyfriend wants you too. Most teenage boys don't believe in abstaining from pre-marital sex, and the ones that do aren't easy to find. Do you attend church? Isn't there a mentor you can talk to or a school counsler? You can look in the back of the phone book for Christian counseling and it is usually free. Good luck in the future, trust in God and it will be bright

The age your going through is a difficult time. I think Cassandra said it best. Don't sacrifice you morals for some guy. We all wait for many things in life. We wait to go through the change, we wait to date, we wait to get married, and we wait to have babies. Then we wait for our kids to grow up. It's a never ending cycle honey .

Just remember this although is seems like an eternity before you get a boyfriend it's not. There will be guys and once they starting calling it won't end. Trust me on this. Be strong though, trust your instinct, and know who you are. Being older know I want to tell you so much but I also know that being a teenager comes with trials.
