HI, I am not sure what to name my son that is being born in the next six week, i always wanted jacob/jake after my grandfather but it is one of the top most common names. so here are my choices, tell me what you think and please add a middle name that you think would go. My last name is Hook

What about Hayes for a middle name?

My SIL is due in January, also having a boy. Her husband wants to name him Jacob because that's HIS name. My SIL brought up the name Geryson a few months ago & we all love it. She has since changed her mind, but we hope she changes it back. I really like Sawyer too, but all I can think of is the guy from LOST. I wonder if Greyson is becoming popular. I never heard it before but you are the 2nd person to mention it.

wow, that is so crazy that we are both due in jan. and thinking of the same names especially that greyson is so uncommon.

I really love all of your names, you cant go wrong with any of them.

I have a Jacob/Jake and he is almost 19. I think that name will always be popular, but if its something you LOVE then go for it.

Greyson and Sawyer are my favorites.

I like Greyson it's not that common but not so out there that people will give you a look when you say your lo's name. I have a cousin named Sawyer that's 15 and he's always liked his name and was glad to not have a name with a gazillion nicknames KWIM?

I like Jacob the best but I like Greyson as well. I do think it's becoming popular though, I know of two boys born in the last six months that have been named Greyson.

It is a cute name though.
