Went to hospital today due to lots of pressure/cramping and back pains. I had to go to Labor and Delivery and get checked out. They did an u/s to check the length of my cervix which is fine at 3.4cm (anything smaller and I would have been staying) and I am nice and tightly closed *not dilating*. This baby is head down and high away from the cervix, thus the pains I am having in the lower area. I was given fluids by IV as I was starting to get dehydrated. I am to call the OB's office if the pains come back before my next visit in 3 wks.
This is the start of very early pre-term labor so I need to be very careful and get checked out if anything changes. pray everything will be ok.
I have no restrictions as of right now, but Chris won't let me do anything for a while.

Sorry you had to go through that!!! Glad your husband is not letting you do anything...make sure you stay hydrated...that can also cause contractions!!!
