IYO what is your best position for actually giving birth?

I have 4 one ..... 1 of them I was laying back for, two I was sitting for, but one of my babies I was standing up for - it was an accidental birth but was the best one all the same.

DONT ASK how you can give birth accidentally - I did LOL But afterwards I had no damage and I didnt need to push apart from the bit where baby is crowning - my body did the rest.

SO to do it again I would definatley opt for a standing up birth!
