My first c section was unplanned and I stayed for 3 and a half days. They kept me even though I didn't have trouble or much pain, since I really didn't hurt much after my first one i went back to work 3 weeks later. My second one was a planned c section and I stayed for 2 and a half days. I had a lot more pain with this one up to about 3 weeks. Probably because they were 11 months apart.
